Grab bars for commercial and residential applications
Our heavy duty grab bars are used in hospital, hotel, government facilities, commercial building and residential home settings. They meet and exceed all ADA requirements for commercial buildings and public places.
Grab bar specifications: Heavy duty, commercial grade, type 304, 18 gauge (.049), brushed satin stainless steel, with round snap on covers. Flanges are Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welded for maximum strength and durability. Fabricated according to ADA specifications our grab bars are 1-1/4" or 1-1/2" diameter with 1-1/2" space between the bar and wall. Made in America since 1909!

Grab Bar Design
Grab Bar Dimensions: Straight grab bars are manufactured according to centerline dimensions. To figure overall length including flanges, add 3". For instance; the total overall length of a 12" grab bar including flanges is 15".
Load Test: Our grab bars are American made and have been load tested by an independent certified testing laboratory. With a load of 2000 pounds, the bar only deflected .284 of an inch!

Our in stock grab bars are 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" diameters with a space of 1-1/2" between the grab bar and wall. Our in stock grab bars have a brushed satin stainless steel finish and include round snap on covers. Your order will usually ship within 24 business hours!

Grab bars, handrails and flanges can be custom made to your specifications in various sizes, finishes and configurations see details. Choose 1", 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" diameters. Standard flange styles include oval exposed, round exposed, concealed set screw, oval snap on and round snap on flanges. Available finishes include satin stainless, bright stainless, peened, knurled, bright brass and powder coat colors.
Our grab bars and handrails are available special order with a antimicrobial
coating to suppress commonly occurring organisms such as E. Coli, staph,
and candida. This antimicrobial surface powder coating will prevent the growth
of mold, mildew and bacteria. The antimicrobial compound is silver-based,
ideal for hospitals and medical institutions. Please contact us with your special requirements.
